GRAC is a technology company transforming waste management through digital traceability solutions. The platform connects waste collectors, recycling facilities, and businesses to track the flow of post-consumer materials, enabling transparent recycling data and supporting Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance. 

Grac digitises waste management operations for local governments and recycling partners, helping them improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and strengthen data transparency. By integrating both formal and informal collection networks, Grac supports the transition toward a more inclusive circular economy. 

As of late 2025, more than 270 commune-level local governments use GRAC’s services, representing a 160% year-on-year increase and covering data from approximately one million households. During the same year, through its Smart Waste Platform, GRAC traced the origin of over 7,000 tonnes of plastic, helping avoid approximately 10,500 tonnes of CO₂ emissions and divert nearly 3,900 tonnes of waste from landfills.
